Sir Jack says Port deal settled, court says no

Grand Bahama Port Authority co-owner Sir Jack Hayward yesterday insisted that there is a deal between himself and the St. Georges which has settled their ownership feud.

He told The Nassau Guardian that as far as he is concerned, all litigation has come to an end and he insisted that the Court of Appeal has received confirmation of this.
